This view of Bellwood Reservoir was taken from the dam looking northwest. Elevation of the surface is 1353 feet above sea level, about 300 feet above Bellwood Borough. The closer of the two distant ridges is Point Lookout which offers a bird’s eye view of the reservoir and gap from the old railroad bed.
