The faint dark spot in the middle of the red circle is the vista at Point Lookout. The vista is along the old railroad grade and can be reached via a trail accessed near the old Colyer Cabin along Route 865 northwest of Bellwood Reservoir. The higher, blue circle denotes a vista located about half mile deeper into the gap and several hundred feet higher. This view was accomplished by joining two images together to produce a "wide-angle" vantage point on Bells Gap looking southeast back across Logan Valley.
